>>>Found these 11 facts here & absolutely loved it! Remaining positive and optimistic is something I strive to do every day. I’m not sure if you remember, but I blogged here about the difference between joy and happiness. I think optimism and positivity have a direct correlation to both. The post reads:

Here is the difference between joy & happiness. Happiness is contingent on what happened today. Being happy is a mood; being joyful is a state of mind. I want to be cheerful, festive, glad, positive, delighted and rejoicing all the time, regardless of situation I’m in or what I’m going through. Having a joyful state of mind means have this mindset, attitude and life despite how frustrated or overwhelmed I am about job search, friends, personal issues and more. Instead of being just “happy” I want to be full of joy!

>>>The choice is YOURS queenies. You can fill yourself with positivity and joy or you can focus on what you don’t have, what you’re overwhelmed by, what you’re upset about. You can view life from a “glass half-full” angle or you can do the exact opposite. I’ve made the choice to remain positive not only about the moment I’m in, but as I pursue the future. I encourage you to do the same: embrace joyfulness and positivity! Happy Tuesday!
