On following your bliss

Just a simple thought to kickoff your Tuesday. The moments that when I feel the most happy – when I follow my bliss – are ones when I am spending quality time with people who love me unconditionally, people who make me laugh, people who make me comfortable. I feel the most happy when I’m exploring – whether it’s traveling or taking walks around my neighborhood. I feel the most happy when I’m praying and journaling. I feel the most happy when I’m able to help someone else. How do you follow your bliss?

The way to find out about happiness is to keep your mind on those moments when you feel most happy, when you are really happy — not excited, not just thrilled, but deeply happy. This requires a little bit of self-analysis. What is it that makes you happy? Stay with it, no matter what people tell you. This is what is called following your bliss.
